The advantages of Rexroth tank breathing filters include efficient filter media, high dirt capacity and reliable structural design. Its working principle is to filter out very fine particles in a wide range of differential pressures through efficient filter media, while having high dirt capacity. The specific process is as follows: the liquid to be filtered is pressed into the filter inlet, and is filtered into a clear liquid through the filter element from the outside to the inside through the filter layer, and then discharged through the outlet. Impurities are trapped in the depth and surface of the filter element, thus achieving the purpose of filtration.
Structural characteristics
The Rexroth tank breathing filter has a removable replacement filter element and an internal pleated filter element made of filter paper P or micro glass H10XL. In addition, it is also possible to connect a clogging indicator and/or connect a filling filter (sieve basket 500μm).
