1. Installation specifications
Pipeline and cleaning requirements
Before installation, the pipes need to be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that there are no contaminants such as rust, sand, etc.; hot bent or welded pipes need to be pickled.
When tightening the flange, the force must be applied evenly across and the torque must comply with the standards (for example, the M-3SEW6U3X model adopts ISO 4401 interface specification).
Electrical and mechanical cooperation
The connection of the solenoid valve coil must be strictly checked (such as 24V DC) to avoid burning due to misconnection.
Mechanical zero position debugging requires adjusting the valve core to the intermediate position when there is no input signal to ensure smooth operation.
2. Operation and maintenance
Parameter control
The viscosity of the oil must meet the requirements (recommended 37~73cSt), the oil temperature is ≤80℃ to avoid seal failure due to high temperature.
Long-term full load operation is prohibited, and the duration of high-voltage/high-speed is ≤10% per minute under intermittent working conditions.
Regular inspection
Replace the hydraulic oil after 200 hours of the first operation, and then replace it every 1000 hours; clean the oil filter regularly to maintain the cleanliness of the oil (NAS 1638 Level 6).
Monitor the sealing status, and find oil leakage, the seal should be replaced in time or an external oil leakage pipe should be used to reduce the housing pressure.
3. Troubleshooting
Spool jams: Priority check for oil contamination, use special disassembly tools (such as order number R901500000) to clean the valve core if necessary.
Solar magnet fault: Measure coil resistance (standard value 20Ω±5%), check for loose or aging of wiring.
