Precautions for use
Installation specifications
It needs to be installed vertically at the water inlet of the radiator. The direction of the valve body arrow is consistent with the water flow. Inclined installation may cause adjustment failure;
Flush the pipes thoroughly before installation to prevent welding slag from clogging the valve core. The newly installed system needs to run for 72 hours before debugging.
System Adaptation Requirements
When the water contains particulate matter, a filter needs to be installed (the recommended accuracy is ≤40μm). It is recommended to pickle the pipes regularly in hard water areas;
The single-pipe system needs to be equipped with a three-way temperature control valve to avoid affecting the temperature control effect due to insufficient diversion coefficient.
Operation and Debugging
When setting the temperature for the first time, turn the knob to the middle scale, wait for 1-2 hours to stabilize, and then fine-tune (each adjustment is ≤0.5 scale);
After the heating season ends, the valve needs to be adjusted to the highest gear and run for 10 minutes to prevent the valve core from getting stuck.
Maintenance
Check the sealing every quarter: after pressurizing to 6bar, use soapy water to detect the interface, and replace the sealing ring if it leaks;
Before long-term deactivation, drain the water in the pipe and apply silicone grease to the valve stem to prevent rust.
Special Environment Management
The solenoid valve needs to be kept away from strong magnetic field equipment (such as transformers), and shielded cables are recommended for signal lines;
For high-temperature steam environments (>100℃), stainless steel valve body models should be used to avoid deformation of plastic components.
