Advantages and features of SUN cartridge valve
High flow capacity and fast response
The flow rate can reach 1000 L/min, and the diameter covers 200-250mm, which is suitable for large-flow hydraulic systems. The valve core is sensitive, the response time is ≤15ms, and the pressure fluctuation is controlled within ±0.15MPa to ensure system stability.
The main valve core has a short stroke, and with the hydraulic force compensation design, it can adapt to high-frequency start-stop and load mutations, reducing the impact of shock on the system.
Anti-pollution and long life
The valve core surface adopts hardening treatment technology, which is wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant, with a service life of more than 3 million times. At the same time, it has low requirements for oil filtration accuracy and tolerates dust and impurity pollution.
The valve assembly adopts a free floating design inside to reduce the sensitivity of installation torque and avoid the problem of jamming of moving parts.
Modularity and compatibility
The threaded interface is standardized (in accordance with ISO 4401), supports quick disassembly and assembly, and the valve body can be replaced without removing the pipeline, reducing downtime and maintenance time.
Provide a variety of sealing materials (EPDM, fluororubber, etc.), suitable for different media such as mineral oil and phosphate ester, to meet the needs of high temperature and corrosive environment.
Sealing design and reliability
The O-ring chamfer and sealing area are processed with high precision (surface finish ≥63Ra), combined with the thread shoulder centering design to ensure sealing and reduce the risk of leakage.
The sealing ring positioning shoulder and positioning hole have strict tolerances to avoid oil cross-flow or external contamination intrusion.
Precautions for use
Preparation before installation
Check the inner diameter, step depth and concentricity of the plug hole, remove burrs and edges to prevent scratches on the sealing ring.
Verify the compatibility of the sealing ring model with the medium (such as EPDM sealing rings are prohibited from contacting petroleum-based hydraulic oil).
Installation specifications
Apply grease or engine oil during installation, tap lightly with a rubber hammer or press the cover screw in to avoid deformation of the valve core caused by violent assembly.
Ensure that the thread start line is intact, retain the spare ring to support the O-ring, and prevent thread damage from affecting the seal.
Maintenance points
Clean impurities in the oil port area regularly, check the hardening or wear of the seal ring every 2000 hours, and replace it in time.
In case of abnormal leakage, first check the valve core jamming or seal ring cutting to avoid direct disassembly of the valve block to cause secondary contamination.
Environmental and operating restrictions
The applicable temperature range of EPDM seal ring is -60℃ to 120℃, avoid exposure to aromatic hydrocarbons or food industry environment.
It is forbidden to perform manual emergency operation without releasing system pressure to prevent oil spray or equipment damage.
