Advantages and features of SUN cartridge valves
Structural design advantages
The floating design allows for higher installation torques to avoid loosening or oil leakage, while the free floating tail end of the valve reduces sensitivity to installation torque and reduces the risk of internal component jamming.
The thread shoulder outer diameter design ensures the concentricity of the cartridge valve and the socket, and the free floating part can compensate for eccentric deviation and optimize the fluid flow path.
The O-ring chamfer and smooth sealing area design improve sealing reliability and prevent oil leakage.
Fluid performance advantages
The center thread layout maximizes flow capacity and reduces the impact of eccentricity on fluid distribution.
The shoulder flat design bears thread loads, avoids deformation of the cartridge valve, and ensures the concentricity of the oil circuit.

Maintenance and compatibility

Precautions for use
Installation specifications
Before installation, ensure that the internal thread of the socket is complete to avoid scratching the O-ring sealing area.
Do not miss the spring or seal to prevent the seal from being cut during assembly.
The control cover needs to be aligned with the oil port locating pin when installed, and fixed with high-strength screws (grade 10.9 or 12.9).
Environmental adaptability
EPDM seals are only suitable for phosphate ester media, avoid contact with petroleum-based hydraulic oil or aromatic hydrocarbon environments.
The standard valve block is integrated with nitrile rubber/fluororubber seals, which are not compatible with phosphate ester media.
Maintenance operation
No need to disassemble the piping or adjust the original settings for cleaning or inspection.
Check the integrity of the seal regularly and replace it if it has been stored for an extended period of time.
Selection for special working conditions
For high temperature or flame-retardant liquid scenarios, EPDM sealing ring models should be selected, and the seventh letter of the model is marked as "E".
The cartridge valve and the socket must be strictly matched to avoid the oil port drilling exceeding the specified area to damage the sealing structure.
Note: In actual applications, the selection must be combined with specific model parameters (such as NFED-HHV, CBCGLJN, etc.) and working conditions.
