2. Precautions for use
Operation specification
The electromagnetic control needs to be equipped with a regulated power supply (voltage fluctuation ≤ ±10%) to avoid overheating and damage to the coil;
The system pressure must be completely released before disassembly to prevent accidental opening caused by residual energy.
Medium and environmental requirements
Avoid using media containing particles, high viscosity or easy to coke to prevent the valve core from getting stuck;
In high temperature environments (>80℃), a heat sink needs to be installed or a high temperature resistant coil model needs to be selected.
Maintenance and care
Regularly check the cleanliness of the oil (NAS 1638 Level 6 standard) and check the status of the seal every 500 hours;
Corrosive cleaning agents are prohibited for non-metallic parts, and they must be assembled immediately after cleaning to prevent oxidation.
Installation and commissioning
The flange bolts need to be tightened symmetrically and evenly to prevent uneven force on the sealing surface;
The pilot valve needs to be installed horizontally to ensure the reliability of the pilot valve action.
Key Tips:
When replacing seals, use original tools (such as R901500000) first to avoid damaging the valve body;
Before debugging, confirm that the valve neutral position function (such as normally open/normally closed type) matches the system requirements.
