I. Structural and functional design
Compact and lightweight design
Adopting a quarter-turn structure, with a V-shaped valve body and a double bearing design, the starting torque is small and the sensitivity is high, which is suitable for industrial scenarios with limited space.
Some models (such as proportional valves) integrate dual guide structures and multi-spring actuators, with fast opening and closing speeds, precise flow regulation, and large valve capacity.
Precision flow control
The approximate equal percentage inherent flow characteristics support precise adjustment of pressure, flow, and temperature parameters of media such as gas, liquid, and steam, and are suitable for environments with small pressure differences and low leakage requirements.
The proportional valve supports analog control (DC24V), linear flow characteristics, and a hysteresis loop of less than 0.05 bar, which is suitable for high-precision automation systems.

The valve body is made of corrosion-resistant materials (such as gray cast iron), and the sealing structure is reinforced. It is suitable for high temperature, dust, and corrosive media environments and has a long service life.

Precautions for use
1. Installation and commissioning
Environmental requirements
Working temperature range -25~60℃, humidity ≤95%; outdoor installation requires waterproofing and cooling measures to avoid strong vibration environment.
It needs to be installed upright in a horizontal pipeline, the flow direction marked on the valve body is consistent with the actual medium, and a filter is installed at the inlet to prevent impurities from clogging.
Operation specification
The opening and closing direction is clockwise closing, the handwheel operating torque is ≤240N·m, and the opening and closing times of large-diameter valves are controlled within 200~600 turns.
When it is first activated, slightly open the valve to flush impurities in the pipeline, and it is officially put into use after repeated multiple times to avoid damage to the sealing surface.
2. Maintenance and Fault Prevention
Daily Maintenance
Check the aging of seals regularly (every quarter), and replace failed O-rings or gaskets; drain the medium and apply anti-rust grease if out of service for a long time.
Lubricate the reducer regularly to avoid directly disassembling and cleaning the low-speed motor.
Safety Measures
Use explosion-proof models in explosion-hazardous places. It is forbidden to open the cover for maintenance with power on, and the flameproof surface must be protected from bumps.
High-pressure systems need to be equipped with bypass pipes. When the outlet back pressure is too high, increase the drain pipe diameter or add a secondary pressure reducing valve.
3. Special working condition processing
High-precision control: Preferentially use models with proportional solenoids or CANopen communication to ensure signal stability.
Large flow scenario: Select models with a flow rate ≥120 L/min (such as R414002403) to meet the needs of fast delivery.
