Precautions for use
Installation specification
It needs to be installed vertically (special tilt requires the installation of a support frame), the arrow of the valve body points in the same direction as the medium flow, and the solenoid valve connection port faces upward to prevent water accumulation;
Before installation, thoroughly flush the pipeline, remove welding slag and impurities, and reset the handwheel to the neutral position after debugging.
Medium and working condition adaptation
The medium containing particles needs to be equipped with a filter (filter element accuracy ≤40μm), and a pressure reducing valve is installed in front of the valve to stabilize the pressure (recommended 6.2kg/cm²);
In high temperature environment (＞50℃), a heat dissipation device needs to be added to prevent aging of the seal.
Operation Specifications
The opening and closing direction must rotate clockwise, and the opening and closing torque should be ≤240N·m to avoid damage to components caused by overload operation;
The residual liquid in the pipeline must be drained before long-term deactivation, and the valve should be adjusted to the fully open state for 10 minutes to prevent the valve core from getting stuck.
Maintenance and Inspection
Check the sealing regularly: after pressurizing to the rated value, use soapy water to detect interface leakage, or judge internal wear by pressure gauge fluctuations;
Add oil lubrication to the pneumatic actuator every week, and apply butter to the bearing parts to extend the service life.
Electrical Safety Measures
The power supply voltage of the solenoid valve must be stable within the range of ±10% of the rated value, and the signal line should use shielded cable to prevent interference;
Bypass pipelines must be configured in high-risk scenarios, and the system can be switched to manual mode in case of failure to ensure continuous operation.
