Structure and design optimization
The quarter-turn structure, dual guide design and multi-spring actuator, combined with a dual bearing structure, are compact and lightweight, easy to install and adapt to complex space requirements, while reducing starting torque and improving sensitivity.
The valve body is made of ductile iron, which is resistant to high pressure (such as 250Bar) and high temperature (-25℃ to +150℃), and is suitable for harsh industrial scenarios such as petroleum and chemical industry.
Performance and control accuracy
It has an approximate equal percentage flow characteristic, supports micron-level adjustment accuracy and fast response (opening and closing speed ≤1 second), effectively reduces control lag, and meets the precise control of large flow (such as DN6 to DN200) fluids.
Integrated dual closed-loop control technology, the hysteresis error is less than 0.05bar, ensuring the stability and repeatability of pressure, flow and direction control.
Safety and reliability
Through CE certification and hydraulic shock test, the seal adopts a soft seal structure and high-performance rubber material, with low leakage rate in long-term operation, and adapts to frequent start-stop conditions.

Precautions for use
Installation specifications
Add support structures when vertical installation or tilting is required. Non-special sealing materials such as silk and putty are prohibited.
The pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned before installation to avoid impurities stuck.
It is recommended to install close to the actuator to avoid the valve core axis being parallel to the acceleration direction of the actuator to enhance the rigidity of the system.
Environment and protection
The working environment temperature must be controlled between -25℃ and +60℃, and the humidity must be ≤95%; waterproof covers and heat dissipation devices must be installed in open-air or high-temperature scenes.
The dustproof device should be cleaned regularly in dusty environments, and an external protective cover should be added if necessary.
Operation and Maintenance
The opening and closing direction follows the principle of clockwise closing, and the operating torque should be ≤240N·m. Puller valves are prohibited in underground pipe networks.
Regularly check the wear of the sealing ring, the cleanliness of the valve body and the spring preload. It is recommended to perform functional tests every quarter.
Electrical and Debugging
Use shielded cables to connect signal lines, away from strong electromagnetic interference sources; control parameters (such as DAC accuracy) must be calibrated using special tools during debugging.
When replacing accessories, check the model (such as R414002403) to avoid mixing lubricants or seals of different brands.
