II. Precautions for use
Installation specifications
Wiring direction: Strictly follow the power input/output polarity marked on the adapter. Reverse wiring may cause circuit burnout or equipment short circuit.
Heat dissipation requirements: Sufficient heat dissipation space must be reserved during installation to avoid long-term full-load operation in high-temperature environments.
Environmental management
It is prohibited to use it in corrosive gas or high humidity environments to prevent metal contacts from oxidizing or insulation performance degradation.
Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the adapter and the heat dissipation holes to avoid dust accumulation affecting the heat dissipation efficiency.
Operation and maintenance
Load matching: Select the adapter model according to the power requirements of the equipment to avoid overloading and causing performance degradation or component damage.
Regular inspection: Check the tightness of the busbar connection terminals every 3 months, and check the insulation resistance value every 1 year (recommended> 100MΩ).
Disabled scenarios
Do not use in systems that are not equipped with an overvoltage protection circuit to prevent voltage spikes from breaking down the adapter.
Not suitable for scenarios where a high-frequency pulse power supply or non-standard waveform power supply is connected.
