Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning specifications
During installation, the centering accuracy of the motor shaft and the load shaft must be strictly guaranteed (deviation ≤0.1mm) to avoid uneven radial/axial force causing bearing wear.
During the commissioning stage, the zero point position must be calibrated by software, and parameters such as stiffness coefficient and acceleration curve must be set to prevent overshoot or oscillation.
Environment and power management
Avoid long-term exposure to corrosive gases or high humidity environments, and select special sealing models when necessary.
The power supply voltage fluctuation should be controlled within ±10%. It is recommended to configure a filter to reduce the impact of electromagnetic interference on the encoder signal.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Check the bearing lubrication status every 2000 hours of operation, add special grease, and clean the dust in the heat dissipation duct.
When abnormal noise or vibration occurs, first check the loose coupling, poor contact of the encoder signal line, or mechanical jamming.
Safety operation requirements
It is forbidden to disassemble the motor or drive with power on. Before operation, the power supply must be cut off and the residual voltage of the system must be released.
After the overload alarm, the load abnormality must be checked to avoid forced reset that causes permanent magnet demagnetization or winding damage.
