High filtration performance and structural design
The large filtration area and high dirt holding capacity design can stably filter tiny particles under high pressure environment, effectively extend the life of hydraulic system components, and is especially suitable for closed-loop hydraulic oil cleaning needs.
The filter element material is flexibly configured according to the scenario: filter paper (P type) is suitable for conventional oil, and glass fiber (H10XL type) is compatible with fire-resistant water-containing hydraulic oil to avoid filter material failure caused by chemical reactions.
The integrated bypass valve design automatically opens the protection system when the pressure difference is too high to prevent pipeline rupture or equipment damage caused by filter element blockage.
Pressure resistance and durability
The filter element has high strength characteristics through heat treatment and precision processing technology, can withstand hydraulic fluctuations and mechanical shocks, and is not easy to deform or break during long-term operation.
The external dirt storage tank structure ensures that the pollutants are completely removed when the filter element is replaced to avoid secondary pollution of the system.
Compatibility and scalability
Supports the connection of the clogging indicator (B7SL) to monitor the filter element status in real time for accurate maintenance.

Precautions for use
Selection and installation
The matching filter element material should be selected according to the hydraulic system pressure, oil type (such as petroleum-based oil, phosphate ester medium) and temperature. Wrong selection will cause the filter material to dissolve or clog.
Check the integrity of the filter element seal ring before installation to ensure that it fits tightly with the valve body interface to prevent bypass leakage of unfiltered oil.
Operation and maintenance
Regularly observe the status of the bypass valve and the blockage indicator. When the pressure difference exceeds the threshold, stop the machine immediately to replace the filter element. It is strictly forbidden to rely on the bypass valve for long-term operation.
When cleaning or replacing the filter element, the residual contaminants in the sump tank must be thoroughly cleaned to avoid impurities from flowing back into the system after restarting.
Environmental adaptability
Filter paper filter elements are prohibited in fire-resistant water-containing hydraulic oil scenarios. Glass fiber filter materials must be used to avoid chemical reactions that shorten the service life.
Biodegradable oils require a shorter maintenance cycle to prevent the filter material from aging faster due to the characteristics of the oil.
Storage and Replacement Specifications
Unused filter elements must be sealed and stored in a dry environment. If they are stored for an extended period (such as beyond the manufacturer's recommended period), they must be replaced with new ones.
Avoid using sharp tools to disassemble during replacement to prevent scratching the filter housing or sealing surface.
