1. Advantages and features
Bidirectional high-efficiency filtering capability
The low-pass filter circuit design with inductor and capacitor in parallel can simultaneously suppress the electromagnetic interference generated inside the equipment from propagating to the power grid, and prevent the power grid interference from invading the equipment, reducing the sensitivity of conducted emissions.
Effectively filter high-frequency noise (such as harmonics generated by inverters and servo systems) to improve the system's anti-interference ability.
High stability and reliability
Low leakage current and high insertion loss characteristics can suppress transient pulse interference and continuous/intermittent interference, suitable for high-demand scenarios such as industrial automation.
Strong compatibility, support industrial-grade voltage levels (such as three-phase/single-phase AC and DC power supplies), and adapt to complex power environments.

II. Precautions for use
Selection and adaptation
Matching power supply type: Select the model according to the power supply type (AC single-phase/three-phase, DC) and rated current/voltage to ensure maximum filtering performance.
Load requirements: Refer to the electromagnetic compatibility standards of the equipment (such as the requirements for the conducted emission frequency band) and select a filter with insertion loss adaptation.
Installation specifications
Installation direction: Strictly follow the power flow direction (arrow mark) marked on the valve body. Reverse installation may cause filtering failure or equipment damage.
Cleaning and protection: Before installation, the pipeline needs to be cleaned and a high-precision filter (recommended 10μm level) needs to be installed to prevent welding slag or particulate matter from clogging the inside of the filter.
Operation and maintenance
Avoid long-term half-load operation: It is recommended to use a voltage stabilizer for frequent adjustment scenarios to prevent the filter from degrading due to overload.
Regular maintenance: Check the sealing of the filter housing every 6 months and remove surface dust; detect the loss of capacitor/inductor components every 2 years and replace them if necessary.
Disabled scenarios
Do not use in environments containing hydrogen or highly corrosive media to avoid damaging internal components.
Avoid using in scenarios where no protection circuit is configured to prevent voltage spikes from breaking through the filter.
