The rolling friction is small and the difference between static and dynamic friction is extremely small, supporting micron-level positioning accuracy, meeting the requirements of CNC machine tools, semiconductor equipment, etc. for micro-feeding.
The ball circulation system is combined with precision-machined rails, and the straightness and parallelism of the motion trajectory are controlled within a very small error range, reducing the deviation caused by mechanical vibration.

Precautions for use
Selection and installation specifications
Select the guide rail model according to the load type (radial/axial), speed and accuracy level (general to ultra-precision) to avoid deformation or failure of the guide rail due to insufficient load capacity.
Before installation, clean the contact surface of the guide rail and evenly apply the specified grease to ensure that the slider and the guide rail are accurately aligned to prevent installation stress from causing motion jamming.
Operation environment management
Avoid chips, dust and other pollutants from entering the guide rail. It is recommended to clean the dustproof device regularly and install an external protective cover in a dusty environment.
In high temperature or corrosive media scenarios, guide rail models with hard chrome plating or special coatings should be selected to prevent material corrosion or grease failure.
Maintenance and inspection requirements
Regularly check the lubrication status and add special grease through the integrated lubrication interface. It is forbidden to mix lubricants of different brands or models.
Monitor the smoothness of the slider operation. If abnormal noise, vibration or positioning deviation occurs, stop the machine immediately to check the ball wear or guide rail damage.
Storage and special working condition handling
Uninstalled guide rails need to be sealed and stored in a dry environment. Before long-term storage, anti-rust oil should be applied and stacking deformation should be avoided.
Under frequent start-stop or impact load conditions, it is recommended to shorten the lubrication cycle and use a shock absorber to reduce fatigue damage to the ball and rail.
