Usage Precautions
Selection and Installation Specifications
The corresponding model should be selected according to the system pressure range (such as HED 8 series supports 250Bar) to avoid overpressure causing micro switch failure or sealing ring damage.
During installation, ensure that the terminal is tightened and away from strong electromagnetic interference sources. It is recommended to use shielded cables to connect signal lines to reduce noise impact.
Debugging and Maintenance Requirements
During debugging, the set value needs to be calibrated through Rexroth special software (such as REXROTH debugging tool) to avoid action delay or false triggering caused by mechanical errors.
Regularly check the spring preload and micro switch contact status. It is recommended to perform functional tests every 2000 hours of operation or when the pressure difference is abnormal.
Environment and operation restrictions
Avoid using in environments with high dust concentration or humidity >90%. If necessary, install a protective cover or air filter to prevent pollutants from invading the valve body.
Do not use directly in unclean hydraulic oil or impurity-containing media, otherwise it may block the damping hole and affect the pressure sensing accuracy.
Storage and troubleshooting
When storing for a long time, apply anti-rust oil and seal the package to prevent spring rust or sealing ring aging.
If oil leakage or abnormal signal occurs, first check the integrity of the sealing ring and the contact status of the terminal to avoid direct disassembly of the micro switch to cause structural damage.
