Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning
Before installation, the pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned to avoid welding slag or impurities blocking the piston or sealing surface;
When debugging the double-acting cylinder, the sealing of the extension/retraction action must be tested separately to avoid one-way leakage.
Environmental and medium requirements
The oil content of compressed air must be strictly controlled at 0~5mg/m³, and the medium containing particles must be pre-installed with a filter;
In high-temperature places (such as >60℃), heat dissipation conditions must be ensured to avoid accelerated aging of seals.
Maintenance and inspection
Check the sealing regularly: test the interface leakage through soapy water, or pressurize to observe the pressure stability;
After shutdown, the residual pressure must be released, and anti-rust oil must be applied to protect the internal components. The port must be blocked for corrosion protection if it is not used for a long time.
Electrical and air source management
The switching frequency of the solenoid valve cannot exceed 30 times/minute to avoid overheating and burning of the coil;
The air source pressure must be stable, and it is recommended to contain an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to reduce piston friction loss.
