Precautions for using Rexroth hydraulic cylinders
Fluid and installation specifications
The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil must meet the NAS 1638 standard (recommended level 7-9). Before installation, thoroughly flush the pipeline and configure a 10μm high-precision filter to prevent particles from wearing the seals and the inner wall of the cylinder;
During installation, the coaxiality of the cylinder and the load must be calibrated to avoid eccentric loading causing piston rod bending or seal failure.
Operation and maintenance requirements
Overpressure operation is prohibited (rated pressure refers to the specific model parameters), oil temperature (≤65℃) and vibration signals are monitored regularly, and the machine is shut down immediately for inspection when abnormal;
Check the wear of the seals every 500 hours, replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank every 2000 hours, and use original accessories during maintenance to ensure compatibility.
Measures for special working conditions
The oil must be drained and anti-rust oil must be injected before long-term shutdown. When starting in a cold environment, preheat the hydraulic oil to above 15℃ to prevent wear caused by decreased low-temperature fluidity;
For high-frequency reciprocating motion scenarios, it is recommended to install a buffer valve or accumulator to reduce the damage of hydraulic shock to the piston rod.
Intelligent system adaptation suggestions
When integrating PLC or intelligent control systems, it is necessary to verify the compatibility of the interface protocol to avoid signal delays or command conflicts;
