Adopting direct-acting proportional technology, the built-in displacement sensor (LVDT/Hall sensor) provides real-time feedback of the valve core position, and the PID adjustment algorithm achieves a closed-loop control accuracy of ±1%, which is suitable for high-precision scenarios such as servo presses.
Short response time, support for two-way flow control, the maximum opening of the valve port is close to that of ordinary reversing valves, the pressure loss under full flow is only 0.25–0.8MPa, and the system energy consumption is lower.
Integrated and anti-interference design
Built-in control electronics (OBE), no external amplifier required, simplified wiring and improved system stability.
Equipped with G24K0 protection level and EMC/EMI protection mechanism, it effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference in industrial environments.

Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning
During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the oil cleanliness reaches the NAS 1638 7-9 standard, the pipeline needs to be pre-cleaned and a filter is installed, and the tank pipeline must not be empty.
The valve body must be installed vertically and consistent with the flow direction of the medium. It is recommended to match the preload valve (preload pressure is about 2bar) to ensure operational stability.
Power and signal management
The power supply voltage must be controlled within the range of ±10% of the rated value to prevent voltage fluctuations from causing damage to the coil; the amplifier must match the valve, and the signal transmission distance can reach 60 meters.
Avoid frequent switching on and off. It needs to be powered on and preheated several times during startup to reduce hydraulic shock.
Operation, maintenance and safety
It is forbidden to operate beyond the power range to avoid the hydraulic force overtaking the electromagnetic force and causing the valve core to lose control; accidental mechanical movement must be prevented during emergency manual operation.
Regularly check the aging of seals and replace worn parts; software upgrades must be performed according to specifications to avoid self-disassembly of the valve body.
