Compact design and efficient performance
Small size, light weight, smaller size than other types of hydraulic motors with the same torque, adapting to the installation needs of narrow spaces.
The low-speed and high torque characteristics are outstanding, the minimum stable speed can reach 15 rpm, and the short-term overload capacity is strong, and it is suitable for high-load scenarios such as engineering machinery and equipment.
The displacement coverage range is wide (8cc/r to 1600cc/r), and the output torque is significantly better than similar products in the optimal operating range of 10-500 rpm.
Flexibility and Stability

1. Installation and debugging
Installation requirements
The fixed support must be rigid enough to avoid damage caused by vibration; the output shaft and the coupling must be strictly coaxial, and the verticality error between the installation surface and the shaft is ≤0.1mm.
Before starting, fill the motor housing with cleaning hydraulic oil and run in for 1 hour (operate below 30% of the maximum working pressure).
Pipeline design
To avoid pipeline stress acting on the motor, the oil drain pipe should be connected to the oil tank separately, and the back pressure of the return oil is ≤0.3MPa; if the back pressure exceeds 5MPa, the oil drain pipe should be connected.
When used in series, the motor displacement and pressure rating must be matched, and the load must be evenly distributed through a flow balancing valve.
2. System operation and maintenance
Parameter control
It is prohibited to use the maximum speed and maximum pressure at the same time; the interrupted working pressure/speed duration is ≤10% (per minute).
The oil temperature must be ≤80℃, and a cooling device should be installed if necessary; anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended (viscosity 37~73cSt, cleanliness ISO18/13).
Maintenance Measures
Regularly replace hydraulic oil (200 hours for the first time), clean the oil filter, and monitor the oil contamination.
Regularly check the sealing performance, especially in the series system, oil leakage risk needs to be checked. If necessary, use an external oil leakage pipe to reduce the shell pressure.
3. Special working conditions
High-frequency impact scenarios (such as breakers) require testing of motor sealing and pressure resistance, and factory quality inspection requires verification of over-rated pressure of 110%-150%.
To avoid radial loads within the design range, if high radial force load is required for special models, double tapered roller bearing design is required.
