2. Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning specifications
It is necessary to ensure that the motor and the drive equipment shaft are concentrically connected, and the flange bolts are symmetrically tightened to avoid excessive radial load (chain drive requires a flexible coupling);
Before the first start, it is necessary to fill and exhaust, and gradually pressurize and debug to prevent instantaneous high-pressure impact from damaging the seal.
Operating environment and medium management
The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil must meet the NAS 1638 level 6 standard, and the oil contamination must be monitored regularly (it is recommended to be tested every 500 hours);
The operating temperature range is -10~80℃. In high temperature environments, a heat dissipation device must be configured or high-temperature resistant sealing materials (such as fluororubber "V" seals) must be selected.
Load and operation limits
It is forbidden to operate over rated torque (such as the maximum continuous pressure of 25MPa for the A6VM series). Long-term overload can easily lead to gear breakage or bearing failure;
Avoid frequent start-stop and sudden load changes to prevent the planetary gear set from being subjected to impact loads.
Maintenance and parts replacement
When replacing seals or bearings, original parts (such as long-life bearings with "L" marks) must be used to ensure compatibility and wear resistance;
Before long-term shutdown, the residual oil must be drained and anti-rust oil must be injected to prevent oxidation and corrosion of internal components.

When multiple motors are linked, the synchronization parameters must be calibrated through the PLC to avoid the accumulation of motion deviations;
When using environmentally friendly hydraulic oil (such as HFD/HFB/HFC type), the medium must be matched according to the requirements marked on the nameplate.
