Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning specifications
During installation, the coaxiality of the coupling must be strictly calibrated to avoid abnormal wear of the bearing caused by additional torque; the flange fixing bolts should be pre-tightened evenly to prevent housing deformation.
Before the first start, the hydraulic oil must be filled and the air must be drained, and the motor direction must be checked to be consistent with the oil port mark. After running without load for 10 minutes, gradually load.
Operation monitoring and safety protection
The working pressure must not exceed 120% of the rated value, and the instantaneous peak pressure must be controlled within the setting range of the system safety valve to avoid overload damage to the seal.
Regularly monitor the oil temperature (recommended ≤80℃) and oil cleanliness (NAS level 8 or below) to prevent high temperature or contamination from causing efficiency loss.
Maintenance and life management
Check the status of the shaft seal and dust cap every 500 hours, and replace aging seals in time; drain the oil and inject anti-rust oil if it is not used for a long time.
When cleaning the motor, it is forbidden to use a high-pressure water gun to directly flush it to avoid water stains invading the bearing area; the pressure compensation function needs to be recalibrated after maintenance.
Special working conditions
In high-dust environments, the filter element replacement cycle needs to be shortened (recommended 200 hours/time), and the housing heat dissipation design needs to be strengthened.
When starting at low temperature, the hydraulic oil needs to be preheated to above 15℃ to prevent high-viscosity oil from causing insufficient oil absorption.
